| Wheel p\brush production process : |
| In our company, axes for the wheel brush pass straight
alignment processing (0.01~0.05 m/m) first, then, go through
lathe, milling, wire insertion, and grinding operation
process, they finally go through dynamic balance calibration
by Italian dynamic balance machine. The original manufacturer
will provide the wheel brush with dynamic balance test
report. At high rotation speed operation, the wheel brush
can maintain stability and smooth operation. |
